Setting Goals

When you set goals, you want to make sure they’re achievable.  For example, at school we’d do “S.M.A.R.T. Goals”.

S-Specific

M-Measurable

A-Achievable

R-Realistic

T-Timely

Basically, it had to be realistic, you had to be able to get it done by a certain time, and it had to be specific. Like, we would say, “I will have all my homework done by 6:00 of the day I get it.”, or “I will do 30 push-ups by Friday.” Or something like personal growth.

Then there’s goals like the new year’s resolutions as well.

That’s all, hope this helped!

  1. Great way to be SMART about goals. Sometimes it is easy to fall into making such gargantuan goals it is realistic. Such good idea for focusing goals.
